What is the Neo-Ludendorff method of inquiry? (updated regularly)

Neo-Ludendorffism is a method of inquiry taken, in part, from Mathilde Ludendorff’s attempt to bind science to a substitute faith. Her racial doctrine, her claims of intuitive God-cognition, and her use of secret powers as a substitute for mechanism are rejected. Retained are a restriction on what may be asserted, a licence for abstract tools, and a presumption that public regularities hold until a checkable anomaly forces a better model. A fourth rule is added so that unanswered questions do not forbid ordinary human speech.

The method disciplines claims. It changes persons or institutions only insofar as they accept unanswered questions without filling them with myth. It is not a religion, not a scientific religion, and not a program for remaking a people.

The four principles

1. Constraint on admissible claims

No existence-claim, property-claim, or causal claim is admitted unless it has publicly testable import in the world of observation, intervention, or reconstruction from public traces: a difference that could show up for more than one observer, including an observer who doubts the claim.

Questions that cannot meet that test are left unanswered. They are not answered by positing a nonspatiotemporal realm, by declaring that realm incomprehensible, or by treating unknowing itself as knowledge drawn from beyond. The distinction that matters is not “inside spacetime / outside spacetime,” but “checkable in the world we can act in or trace / not checkable there.” If physics later treats spacetime as emergent, the same rule still applies to whatever regularities remain open to public test.

“Public” means shareable with critics who can state the claim, state what would count against it, and inspect the proposed test, by means that can in principle fail. Competence is this ability to put the claim at risk, not membership in a school, a people, or an initiated circle. Private certainty, initiation, racial intuition, and uncheckable revelation do not count.

Claims about pain, meaning, obligation, history, institutions, and death are admissible when they concern human states and consequences in the checkable world. They are inadmissible when they explain those states by an unchecked beyond.

2. Instrumental licence

Formalisms that outrun ordinary description—mathematics, idealizations, extra-dimensional scaffolding, “as if” completed infinities, gauge structures, Hilbert spaces, statistical and computational models, and similar devices in physics or elsewhere—may be used freely when they organize, predict, or unify what occurs in the checkable world. Impressive software is also a formalism, not an ontology.

Licence depends on fruitfulness plus empirical risk, consistency with established constraints, and comparative simplicity, not on the apparent depth or beauty of the formalism. Tools are not automatically entities. Bookkeeping devices (infinities that cancel, redundant coordinates, conventional gauges) are not to be confused with candidate structure.

A formal object may be promoted to ontology only when treating it as real does extra empirical work: new risky predictions, tighter constraint on the checkable world, or the exclusion of alternatives that were live by the same public test. Convenience, unification without added constraint, aesthetic power, or the unpopularity of rivals is not enough.

3. Standing presumption of empirical integrity

The well-attested regularities of the world we can observe, intervene in, or reconstruct from public traces are treated as holding until a specific, publicly checkable anomaly forces revision. Attestation can be wrong; that is not a licence to abandon the presumption. Revision means a better model of the same domain, not an exception reserved for a law-transcending agent.

An unexplained residue is first treated as error, fraud, incomplete mechanism, or the need for a new theory. Hidden agency is never the first assumption: not miracle, not magic, not secret elites as a replacement for mechanism, not occult forces renamed as information, vibration, consciousness, race-soul, or destiny. Particular collusion may be investigated where public evidence can confirm or fail. Hidden agency as a world-explanation is admitted last, and only after the ordinary alternatives have been given a chance to fail in public.

The presumption is methodological and empirical, not absolute.

4. Licensed speech under unanswered questions

Where Principle 1 leaves a question open, one may still describe needs, grief, loyalty, standards of conduct, and the costs of a decision. Seeking comfort is permitted. Treating comfort, loyalty, or grief as evidence of a realm, a race-soul, or a hidden hand is not. A standard of conduct is argued by publicly shareable consequences, reasons, and trade-offs in the checkable world, not by an unchecked source. Consolation is not a form of knowledge.

The method is a rule for what may be claimed and how anomalies may be read.

What makes you think this "substitute faith" is better than Islam?

What is her racial doctrine and why is it better than Islam?

    What may not be asserted?
